Leprechaun Jen's Green Punch

My friend, Jennifer, made this yummy green punch for our "green" themed recipe club this month.  It was delicious - and so, soooooo easy.  I got the recipe, and insisted she take a picture right then and there for y'all to see!   Definitely add this to your St. Patty's menu!

2 quarts lime sherbet
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
Lemon slices
Lime slices

In a punch bowl, add 2 quarts of lime sherbet. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice. Decorate with lemon and lime slices.
Nothing would be more tiresome than eating and drinking if God had not made them a pleasure as well as a necessity.
