Butteryscotchity Apple Dippity Goodness

8 oz. butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Melt in double boiler, serve warm with tart Granny Smith apples. Delicious!
