Heavenly Syrup

This recipe is courtesy of my pal, Denise.

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk

Heat above ingredients until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with:
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Makes a ton! Very tasty!
