Found this yummy hummus today:
The Greek Gourmet spinach artichoke hummus at our local Fresh Market.
I added the following to a hearty wheat wrap, and kachow! came up with this killer combo.
Grilled zucchini & bottleneck squash (I let mine cool to room temp)
spinach artichoke hummus
Greek Salad
baby spring mix and/or fresh spinach
sprinkle of feta cheese
Wrap it up, and eat it. Quick, easy, and fresh!
I ate mine so fast that I forgot to take a picture!
