Hearty Breakfast Burrito

Use the last of those fresh garden tomatoes (Who actually has any of those left? Not me!) in this protein-packed, hearty breakfast burrito. 
The recipe is simple. 
Make your favorite scrambled eggs.  Set aside. 
Cook your Tortillaland multi-grain or flour tortilla.  After the first side is cooked, flip and top with your favorite cheese (we like sharp cheddar) until tortilla is cooked and cheese is melted. 
Scoop 1/4 cup of black beans onto tortilla.
Top with 1/4 cup scrambled eggs.
Add a few slices of fresh tomato.
Pour a heavy drizzle of salsa verde.
Voila! Breakfast! Burrito!  You won't be hungry again til dinner.
