This soup is another crockpot wonder. The only prep involved is chopping the vegetables! Perfect for a chilly day, and next time I'll serve it in a bread bowl!

1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
2 celery ribs
3 large carrots
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 small vidalia onion, finely chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
4 cups vegetable broth (you can substitute with chicken)
1/2 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
2 cups heavy whipping cream (you can substitute with half and half)
