Swiss Potato Casserole

Served this with my Sesame Pork Tenderloin.  They are so rich and delicious - and EASY.

1 bag frozen Southern hash browns
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Grease 9x13 pan.  Spread potatoes in pan.  Sprinkle with cheese and salt/pepper.  Drizzle with butter.  Pour heavy cream evenly over potatoes.  Sprinkle with salt & pepper again to taste.  Cover with foil.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Remove foil - bake an additional 30-35 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly.
