Almond Ginger Dressing

Great with Thai Crunch Salad with Teriyaki Tofu...but also great with almost any other salad or delicious on stir fry!

1/2 c. almond butter
1/2 c. whole raw almonds
1.5 TBS. Soy Sauce
2 TBS. Agave Nectar
2 TBS. lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBS. ginger, minced
1/2 c. water, or more to reach desired consistency

Add all ingredients except water to food processor or high-powered blender.  Blend on high until smooth.  Add water until you reach desired consistency.
