Teriyaki Tofu

1 pkg. Tofu, extra firm or firm, drained and pressed
1/2 c. - 1 c. Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce (or your favorite teriyaki sauce)

Cut tofu until thin slices, or 1 inch cubes.  Marinate at least 1 hour in teriyaki sauce.  Drain.  Place on greased baking tray.  Broil on high about 6-7 minutes.  Flip, broil another 6-7 minutes until tofu browns.

Delicious on Thai Crunch Salad, or in stir fries...or plain!
