ReplyDeleteI have been meaning to make fish tacos so I am glad you posted this. So, do you do 1/4 of a lime for the fish? Also, how do you cook the fish... is the recipe a marinade or do you add it to already cooke tilapia? And do you have a recipe for the cilantro lime dressing?
ReplyDeleteSorry Mel - it's supposed to be 1/4 c. of lime juice. I cook the fish in a frying pan with a little oil. You could also broil for 3-4 minutes per side, I've done it both ways, but it seems more tender if it's pan-fried. Cilantro dressing, yes, I will find the recipe and email it to you.
